Return and Exchange Policy
At Lynx Alpha, we follow a return and exchange policy in accordance with consumer protection standards, ensuring an efficient, fast, and satisfactory experience for our customers.
Timeframe for Returns or Exchanges
All Lynx Alpha customers have the right to request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days after delivery if the product does not meet their expectations.
Procedure for Returns or Exchanges
When contacting us via email or phone, we will send you a form to complete and include with the returned item(s). It is essential to include this form with your return. Communication with our Customer Service team (SAC) is required to avoid unapproved shipments. On the back of the invoice being returned or exchanged, please include the reason for return/exchange, the name of the sender, personal ID number, and the date of return.
Return for Regret or Withdrawal
If, upon receiving the product, you decide to return it due to regret or withdrawal, you have seven (7) calendar days from the delivery date to do so. Please note the following conditions:

The product must show no signs of use.

It should preferably be returned in its original packaging.

It must include the invoice, labels, tags (with the product reference code) properly attached, and all original accessories.
Costs
The entire return and exchange process is free of charge for the customer. There are no fees for exchanges or returns made within the warranty period.
Processing Time
All customers will receive their refund within up to 7 days, provided all return and exchange conditions are met. You will receive either a full refund or an exchange once the returned product has been received.

Bank Transfer or PIX: After providing your bank details, the refund will be credited to your account within 5 business days.

Credit Card: The refunded amount will be credited directly to your statement. The card issuer will be notified immediately, and the refund may appear within 1 to 2 billing cycles, depending on your billing date and the timing of the refund request.
Important: The responsibility for posting the refund lies with the credit card company and issuing bank.
