Our products are imported from China and other Asian countries and are shipped directly to the customer’s address under the Dropshipping model. All customs duties and taxes are already included in the product prices, ensuring that customers will not incur any additional charges.

Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated based on the destination address ZIP or postal code, regardless of package size or item weight. The shipping fee and estimated delivery time remain unchanged regardless of the number of items or the total value of the order.

SECTION 2: DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY

All products are delivered through official postal or courier services. In certain cases—such as the recipient’s absence, delivery restrictions in specific regions, or incorrect address details—customers may be required to pick up their orders at the nearest postal or courier office.

If an incorrect address prevents delivery, the package may be returned to our distribution center. Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase. Customers are responsible for any delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Carriers usually make up to three delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the parcel may be held for pickup at a nearby location for a limited time. After this period, the order will be returned to our distribution center.

Once payment has been confirmed in our system, the order goes through selection, packaging, and dispatch. This process typically takes between 1 to 3 business days. Note: Orders placed after 8:00 p.m. may require one additional business day for processing.

A tracking number will be sent to the email provided at checkout within 7 business days after order processing. To track your shipment, use the tracking number on the carrier’s official website.

Estimated delivery time is between 6 to 17 business days after dispatch. However, unforeseen events such as customs inspections, carrier delays, severe weather, or public holidays may affect the delivery schedule.
