Refund Policy

If for any reason you wish to cancel your purchase or return an order, we at Lynx Alpha are here to help. You have up to 7 calendar days after delivery to request a refund, which will be processed using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

To start the return process, please follow these simple steps:

1. Contact us by email at contato@lynxalpha.com to request a return authorization.

2. Carefully pack the product, ensuring it is in suitable condition for return, and include the completed return form.

Once we receive the returned product, you will have two refund options:

• Bank Transfer or PIX: After providing your bank details, the refund will be credited to your account within 5 business days.

• Credit Card: The refund will be credited directly to your card statement. The card issuer will be notified immediately, and the process may take 1 to 2 billing cycles to complete, depending on the billing date and refund request date.

Please note that the responsibility for posting the refund lies with the credit card company and issuing bank.
